As a social enterprise, our mission is to help charities grow and evolve.

Many small charity founders juggle the running of their organisations alongside full-time jobs. We aim to level the playing field by providing these organisations with the tools and resources they need to succeed.

Our services enable charities to optimise their time, access strategic training, and utilise ready-made fundraising solutions. In an environment where securing grant funding from trusts and foundations is increasingly challenging, we strive to support charities in diversifying and increasing their income streams.

How we help

  • We offer a variety of instant fundraising solutions and events designed to generate income for your charity. One of our standout events is ‘Battle of the Barristers’; which is based on true crime and mimics a courtroom trial. This event has been incredibly popular with the public, who enjoy the immersive experience of playing a barrister.

Our fundraising events come with minimal costs to your cause, allowing the majority of ticket revenue to directly benefit your charity. We handle everything, from delivering the session to providing all necessary materials. You simply need to collaborate with us on securing a venue, whether this is at your organisation’s base or an alternative location.

By choosing our fundraising solutions, you can raise unrestricted income with ease and engage your supporters in a unique and entertaining way.

  • We offer a range of subsidised training workshops and courses designed specifically for charities. Our AI training has been particularly successful, helping charities maximise their productivity and efficiency. Additionally, we provide marketing training workshops and content creation courses to help charities raise their visibility and attract donors.

Small charities need to be highly effective with their time, i.e. working smarter rather than harder. Our training programmes, in part, teach you how to leverage various AI tools to enhance bid writing, marketing, and income stream generation. By learning how to use these tools effectively, you will significantly improve your productivity and impact.

Our AI training is ideal for individuals running small charities or small teams with limited AI experience. The training is practical and hands-on, and guides you through the process of identifying tasks that can be automated and showing you how to make the most of the different tools available.

We typically deliver our training at your organisation or in a coworking space, ensuring convenience and accessibility. Furthermore, we offer follow-up support to address any additional training needs you may have after the initial workshop or course.

Partner with us to enhance your charity's effectiveness and efficiency, and let us help you make a bigger impact.

  • We offer specialised bid writing training designed to empower your charity with the skills needed to secure grant funding successfully. Our team comprises of professionals who have served on numerous funding panels and have extensive experience of writing winning bids. This unique perspective can help you craft effective bids while also evaluating them from a funder's viewpoint to enhance their chances of success.

Rather than writing the bids for you, we focus on teaching you the skills necessary for effective bid writing. Our approach ensures that you won't be dependent on external help for future applications. By guiding you through the process and providing hands-on support, we train you to become proficient in bid writing, increasing the likelihood of success for each of your applications.

Our bid writing training covers various areas, including grant applications, funding proposals, and report writing. By partnering with us, you'll gain the expertise needed to navigate the competitive funding landscape and secure the resources your charity needs to thrive.

  • We offer alternative income stream consultations to help charities evaluate their current income strategies and identify untapped revenue opportunities. With trusts and foundations either winding up or reducing their funds, and an increasing number of charities competing for the same funding pots, we believe it’s essential to diversify your income sources. Grants and foundations should not be your charity’s sole reliance; there are numerous other avenues, such as community fundraising and various alternative income streams. We will work closely with your organisation to explore and maximise these opportunities.

With nearly two decades of experience in the charity sector, our team brings a wealth of knowledge in marketing, funding, bid writing, content creation, and the establishment and management of charities. This robust skill set enables us to effectively identify new income streams for charities in need. Partner with us to unlock your organisation’s full potential and ensure sustainable funding for your mission.

  • Copywriters are necessary when you're creating/redesigning your website, but they’re not the cheapest option, and charities need to justify every penny they spend.

Our AI assisted solution will interview the required information from you, before our in-house editor (very human, and very qualified) knocks it into shape. Get the best from AI and from an experienced human for a fraction of the typical price.

All of our training is heavily subsidised, due to the engagement and generosity of our corporate partners. This allows us to offer our programmes or workshops at a low cost to the charities we support.

If you are interested in any of our charity solutions, please get in touch. We will be happy to discuss your needs and requirements in detail.

Julia Davies - Talent United Coordinator

"Barnsley College students participated in Battle of the Barristers. We took the case to Barnsley Town Hall where we met the Mayor of Barnsley who chaired the event. The students were given the opportunity to sit in the Council Chamber and put forward their cases. This was such an amazing opportunity and everyone, including staff, were fully immersed in this activity. I know our students would love to do it again - it was a highlight of the week for many."
